Throughout his career at the bank, Chaz formed & successfully ran a title insurance agency as the president, and was integrally involved in the bank’s Community Development Corporation. With such experience & knowledge, he is able to utilize his loan underwriting, real estate development and general contracting skills at Insignia, LLC.

As the General Operations Director for Insignia, LLC, Eti Lazarian oversees a variety of real estate projects that the firm handles. Some of the projects include but are not limited to the residential properties located downtown in Midtown & the Atlanta Metropolitan area. Eti contributes to the company’s client relationships & overall business development. With a background in Marketing & Business Management, she helps the company grow new connections with her public relations skills. From managing operations to organizing the company’s projects, Eti effectively supports business management practices to ensure overall success & maximum efficiency throughout the company.
Robert M. Zeff
Robert M. Zeff hails from Cincinnati, Ohio. His background includes a few diverse industries including commercial real estate. In 2005, he obtained his Georgia Real Estate License and joined the national brokerage of Marcus & Millichap Atlanta specializing in the disposition of multi-family property. He created detailed marketing solutions for his clients by providing them with the best research, finance, transaction, and real estate advisory service to help clients maximize their assets. Robert brokered over $13 million in real estate transactions.
Over the last 8 years with Insignia, he has been involved in the leasing, management, maintenance, and renovation of 8 shopping centers and 3 office buildings in 8 different sub-markets. These include Noah's Ark, Plaza of Courtyard both in Jonesboro, Village Square, Spring Mill Village both in Stone Mountain, Green's Corner in Norcross, Global Forum Shopping Center in Doraville (Gwinnett), Spalding Woods Village in Peachtree Corners, Gwinnett Prado in Duluth, 550 Phar in Buckhead, Johnson's Square in Marietta and Shackleford Ct also in Norcross. Robert spends much of his attention on prospecting new business owners to come up with the ideal tenant mix to lease the remaining available suites and to start pre-leasing the new developments coming on board. He has leased over 353,477 SF to date.
James D. McGill
Director- Construction and Development
With a Bachelors Degree in Building Science from Auburn University coupled with nearly 30 years of construction experience, James brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the commercial construction industry to the Southworks team. James has successfully completed construction projects ranging from the K-12 to mixed use centers incorporating hotel, office, MF and retail components. Notable projects include Buckhead Atlanta, St Johns Town Center, Interlock, North Decatur Square and Carver High School. James’ role in all projects included pre-construction and construction oversight.
